Vuitton Bags UK Sale christmas I recently was to board a plane with
northwest airline on wednesday december 19, 2007 to be with family for
christmas.I had purchased 3 tickets electronically through orbitz on
90607.Myself, shannon ortiz, 26;My husband, subsen ortiz, 27;My daughter jasmine
ortiz, 3 yrs;My son subsen ortiz, 1yr.Was to ride along on my lap.Earlier that
day my son had fallen and we had to go to the emergency room for an xray.He was
not using his arm and i thought it may be broke.As an er nurse, i was concerned
that it should be checked prior to flight.It turned out he had a dislocation,
nursemaids elbow.I reduced and he was as good as new.I called the airline to let
them know we were running a little late, and the man i spoke to told me we had
until 3:45pm to arrive.When we arrived at 3:30pm,He said he was unaware we had
an infant traveling also on my lap, and he would be right back.Approx.15 minutes
later, 3:55pm he came back saying I was switched to another flight to"Make
things easier".We were sent to the united airline for check in.I had 5 bags of
luggage, 2 carryon bags, my 2 children, and the double stroller running through
the airport to get to the next counter.I flight was to leave at 5:03pm, so we
had 1 hour to get checked in and through security.We started the check in
process, but the attendant, jim was confused on how to check us in and called
northwest counter.While we were waiting, he attempted to help 5 different
people.He started checking in 2 oriental women, and stopped to check in a blonde
lady, then 2 guys, and then us.He kept going back and forth between screens
to"Figure out how to do this".When we first arrived to his counter there were 4
people helping, and within 5 minutes they left with over 15 people to check in
for the same flight.He took our luggage and gave us new tickets and said"See if
this works, and hopefully you make the flight".Once again, i was running through
the airport to get to the security checkpoint.When we got to the ckeckpoint for
security we were asked the normal questions about liquids ect.I told the lady i
had two liquid medicines for my children, and she asked for them.I showed her
andShe saidsince the names were not on one of them it had to be checked with the
luggage.I told her that my son was on albuterol for his asthma and they don't
label the individual packages of the solution.She said,"I don't care what it is
you better hurry and run down to get it checked".After arguing for a few minutes
with her, i ran and checked it in the luggage(Security was finishing going
through the bags).I asked her what i was to do if he had an attack, and she
said"We could get it for you if you need it".As a nurse, i know how important
his medicine is, so i kept my husband's inhaler(Who is also ans asthmatic)In my
pocket as a backup.She didn't assist me in any way to help our situation and was
very rude.When we got the older lady checking boarding passes, i handed her what
the attendant, jim, had given me.She said"What is this, this isn't right, why do
you have this on your pass, these are not real boarding pass. "I told her this
is what he gave me.She said,"I told you it isn't right, why would you use this?
"I told her i was the customer and didn't do the passes that was the
attendant.She proceeded to raise her voice and use profanity around my
children.I asked her not to swear around my kids as that was not appropriate,
and maybe she should ask the attendant why he issued those passes.She took my
tickets and passes and called for a supervisor.When the supervisor came over,
the other lady told her, she is trying to sneak on the plane without boarding
passes".I told her hold on i had given her everything the attendant had given me
and she had no right to insinuate i was"Sneaking on".Mind you there are over 30
other passengers trying to board.The supervisor said,"Maam it is not our fault
so don't take it out on us if you brought the wrong passes.Let me see those
tickets".Meanwhile the other attendant is running her mouth about how i was
trying to get through, and these passes are invalid, blah blah.I told her to be
quite so i could explain to the supervisor what had happened.The supervisor
looked at me and said,"You brought the wrong paper, so go downstairs to the
terminal and fix it, but you are probably not going to make the plane".I ran
down stairs to, jim, the attendant and told him the passes weren't right and we
were not allowed through security.He said"I gave you other passes, didn't i.Oh,
let me see what i can do.You are not going to make this plane, so why bother".I
told him i would like to try.I ran back up to the security checkpoint.As i was
running up the stairs i was knocked over by the same attendant from the security
checkpoint, resulting in a laceration, bruising and swelling of my ankle.Limping
to the checkpoint, the supervisor was called by another, older attendant, who
called me a name, when she thought i wasn't looking.I approached her to ask what
her problem was as i had not dealt with her at all, and i was intercepted by the
same lady who would not allow my son's medicine on the plane.She
said,"Supervisor wants to know if she didn't bring the right papers again,
because she tried to sneak on the plane".I said,"Oh yeah i am sneaking on with a
double stroller 2 carryons, my husband, and my 2 children, back of, okay, you do
not know what is going on. "The supervisor came over and said,"Yep this still
isn't right.You brought me the wrong pass again.Why didn't you bring boarding
passes? "Then another supervisor over her, i guess, came over and asked what
happened.I told him, he took all the papers i had and went to speak with jim, at
the united counter.The older lady who swore at me, and the supervisor made a

loud in front of everyone,"Make sure they don't get on the plane, they have
tried twice".This was so embarrassing and rude.Meanwhile my 1 and 3 yr old are
tired, hungry and frustrated as well.When the male supervisor came back up, and
said,"He doesn't know how to fix the problem.You cannot go on this flight, you
must go back downstairs".With all our carryons, the stroller, and my children we
head back to the united counter to talk to jim.As we were walking down, i asked
this other supervisor if someone else could help as jim didn't know what to do
the first time.He said, "I don't work for the airline".He then walked off coldly
ignoring my pleas for help, and not attempting to help us at all after that.When
i got to the counter, jim said i have to call someone else to help me because i
do not know how to fix your problem.About 5 minutes later, another man showed
up. He took all our information, I told him our story andHe said, "I have no
other flights to send you on for the next 2 weeks.I can send 2 of you to
chicago, then maybe you can drive to indiana? "I said are you kidding.I asked
for my bags and jim said he forgot to cal for them to be brought back.My luggage
and my sons medicine was on its way to chicago.I said can you find a flight
tomorrow or something and the new attendant said,"There is no other way to help
you, step aside. " I asked for a refund andHe said call this number for help, we
are done here".My husband went to last baggage to arrange for our luggage to be
flown back to us from chicago.We were told no problem you will get it tomorrow,
delivered to your house.I called a number for the refund who said i had to call
northwest for the refund since we started there.That person i spoke to was very
nice and said i have put your request through it may take up to 30 days.We went
home, and called our relatives to break the news.We planned on driving the 11
hours the next day when we received our luggage.We had no toiletries, clothes,
winter apparel, shoes, medicine, ect to go to indiana.Over the next 4 days i
called both customer service airline numbers to find our luggage and status of
the refund and some compensation for the way we were treated.As you guessed it
our luggage never came and we have gotten now where with the airlines, but grief
and attitude.Maybe letting the public know how these airlines treat their
customers will get them moving to help us find our luggage, so my children can
